Services include, but are not limited to, foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick repair, driveway pavers, retaining wall construction, masonry restoration, fireplace installation, stone veneer installation, concrete block walls, walkway construction, and related masonry work. All services are subject to availability and geographic service area.
All estimates provided by Coeur d'Alene Concrete & Masonry are free of charge and are based on an on-site assessment of the project. Estimates are not binding contracts. Final pricing is confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement signed by both parties before any work begins.
Estimates may change if the scope of work changes during the project, including due to unforeseen site conditions discovered during the work. We will notify you of any scope changes and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling is confirmed in writing or by verbal agreement at the time of booking. We make every effort to honor scheduled start dates. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or conditions beyond our control. We will communicate any scheduling changes as promptly as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment may result in a trip fee to cover mobilization costs. Cancellation policies for active project contracts are defined in the signed service agreement.
Payment terms for each project are stated in the written service agreement. Typical payment structure includes a deposit upon acceptance of the proposal and the balance due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted forms of payment are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as stated in the agreement. Work will not begin until required deposits are received. Unpaid balances may result in project stoppage.
You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property and the scope of work requested. You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area during scheduled hours. If permits are required for a project, we will advise you, and the cost and responsibility for permits will be specified in the service agreement.
Coeur d'Alene Concrete & Masonry warrants that work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Warranty terms for specific services, including duration and coverage, are outlined in your signed service agreement.
